This notice explains what information Satellite Imagery Network uses, why it is needed, and what happens when you search imagery or send an inquiry.
The short version
SatelliteImageryAccess.com, SatelliteImagerySubscriptions.com, SatelliteImagerySearch.com, and SatelliteImageryNetwork.com are operated by PixelWorld.tv / ScapeWare3D, LLC. We collect only the information needed to provide the service, protect it from abuse, and respond to professional inquiries.
When you request imagery, pricing, a demonstration, or project guidance, we receive the name, email address, company, subject, and project details you enter. A request may also include a location, coordinates, dates, area of interest, intended use, licensing needs, and selected imagery records.
We use your information to answer the request, research imagery availability, evaluate coverage, prepare pricing, confirm licensing, provide support, and protect the service. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
When the imagery search service is used, coordinates, filters, selected records, and resulting area-of-interest geometry may be included with a quote inquiry. Supported geographic files are parsed locally in the browser; the original imported file is not retained by the website.
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, bot protection, and related network services. Resend delivers inquiry email. Vantor services may provide authorized catalog information and imagery proofs. Mapping and geocoding providers process limited technical data needed to perform their functions under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information. Inquiries are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a quote, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Information may be shared with Vantor or another fulfillment partner only when needed to evaluate or fulfill a request.
We use encrypted connections, access controls, server-side validation, request limits, and bot protection. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal, financial, medical, classified, or export-controlled information. You may ask us to correct or delete contact information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
