These terms describe the limited, private use of Order Command Center and its connections to approved business services.
The short version
Order Command Center supports the sales and fulfillment workflow of PixelWorld.tv / ScapeWare3D, LLC. Only authorized personnel may access or use it.
Order Command Center is a proprietary, private business application operated by PixelWorld.tv / ScapeWare3D, LLC. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or distributed to the public. Access is limited to specifically authorized personnel.
The application may be used only for legitimate internal sales, quoting, invoicing, order-management, customer-support, accounting, and fulfillment activities. Unauthorized access, sharing, copying, reverse engineering, or use for another organization is prohibited.
Order Command Center may connect to services such as Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox Sign, Vantor systems, and secure hosting providers. Each connection is initiated and controlled by an authorized account owner and remains subject to the connected provider's own terms.
QuickBooks Online access is used only for approved internal accounting workflows, such as locating or creating a customer and preparing an invoice after human review. The application does not sell accounting data, and financial actions remain subject to explicit human approval.
Business and customer information is handled only as reasonably needed to operate the workflow, maintain records, provide service, meet legal obligations, and protect the system. Access controls, encrypted connections, validation, and limited permissions are used to reduce risk.
The application is provided for internal operational use and may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Connected services may change their availability, requirements, or behavior without notice.
